AFRICA MUNDUS: What about cereals intended for the poor?

On September 30, 2022, in the columns of the Le Mauricien newspaper, I reported 121 grain ships leaving Ukraine. Only 3 joined the African continent and 0 (zero) the sixth region. 118 have therefore ‘disappeared’!

Do the French Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and his European counterparts have the answer to this 'disappearance' of the ships?

According to the Turkish Ministry of Defense, six new ships loaded with grain left Ukrainian ports on November 3 after an agreement reached with Ukraine, without commitment from the Kremlin. For its part, Russia will deliver cereals, fertilizers and hydrocarbons directly to the port of Bamako in Mali in the coming days.

Uncertainty therefore leads to speculation on the Chicago/USA grain benchmark exchange.

In a previous article, I addressed the issue of food sovereignty in the regions of Africa Mundus. It remains problematic in the era of global warming. This is why under the NegroEvolution we claim justice, fair sharing and respect for individuals, and for a universal living together based on peace through mutual respect we call for partnerships of economic, structural and social fair development . We therefore urgently call for investments not in military armament but in means and measures for adapting to climate change to prevent or manage the lack of water, the infertility of the soil, the loss of coastal territories and all the consequences starvation, disease and mortality.

No country can claim to be spared from droughts, floods, forest fires... in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, Brazil, Russia, India, China... So each conflict is a waste of time and a waste of men, ideas and financial resources. Billions are invested to suppress many individuals. Humanity would benefit from investing to preserve life. The 21st century must put an end to the carnage of the past.
