“Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev’s views on France have been a great inspiration to our people. Colonial countries like France do not respect the UN resolution on the rights of people of African descent", declared Emmanuel Argo, member of the Africa Mundus network, in his intervention during the debates on the theme "In the direction of the Total Elimination of Colonialism” organized within the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement at the Baku Congress Centre.

Emmanuel Argo pointed out that they wanted to organize a conference on the protection of the rights of people of African descent in Brazil.

“The support given to us at such a major event as the meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement was very important. I thank President Ilham Aliyev for that. We want the global community to support us and for our rights to be restored,” he said.
